Will my supplies be reimbursed by my insurance provider?
Insurance coverage varies for each policy. It is the customer's responsibility to understand what is covered prior to ordering. Insurers require a prescription to validate a medical condition and a purchase invoice showing 'paid in full'. Once a purchase is made, submit the appropriate documents with your invoice to your insurer for reimbursement.
Is a prescription required for a CPAP machine purchase?
Purchasing a CPAP/APAP/Bi-PAP machine requires a valid prescription from a medical doctor. Send a valid prescription to MonsterCPAP by a method listed below. Orders for CPAP machines will not be fulfilled without a prescription.

No, a prescription is not required for CPAP mask or accessories purchases.
Does MonsterCPAP submit claims on the behalf of customers?
No we don't. Customers must submit their own insurance applications.
Is a prescription required for an oxygen concentrator purchase?
Oxygen concentrators are sophisticated medical devices and sold under strict Health Ministry guidelines. A valid medical prescription is required for a purchase. We cannot ship oxygen concentrators within Ontario.
Is there financial assistance available for CPAP equipment?
Depending on where you live, there may be coverage under provincial healthcare. In addition, third-party (private) insurance usually pay for a portion of CPAP equipment. Check with your health insurance provider.
