Inspect your CPAP purchase immediately upon delivery. If a CPAP mask or accessory is received with an "out of box" defect, please contact us at info@monstercpap.ca or 1-844-353-2727 within 24 hours of receiving the product. The manufacture defect window is between 30-45 days of original ship date. We will be happy to assist in ensuring you receive a replacement in a timely manner.
In the case of an "out of box" defect, a replacement product will be sent upon MonsterCPAP receiving and inspecting the defective product. Shipping of the product to MonsterCPAP is the responsibility of the customer. We will then cover shipping of replacement/repaired product from the warehouse to the customer.
Please note warranty decisions are made exclusively by the manufacture and MonsterCPAP cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer denying a warranty claim. Limited manufacture warrants your new product free of defects or damage as a result of materials or workmanship. It does not cover sudden accidents or deterioration from daily wear.
