Changes Regarding Philips Remediation
Philips has introduced a new direct-to-patient remediation service aimed at improving efficiency and providing direct support to patients in need. As a result, MonsterCPAP will no longer offer remediation services for Philips CPAPs and APAP machines.
For those who received an invite for remediation from us and made an online selection, your choice has been canceled accordingly. All clients with affected CPAP or APAP machine and require remediation, we kindly ask you to contact Philips Respironics directly at (1-888-842-1991). Their dedicated team will provide the necessary assistance for your affected devices.
