Changes Regarding Philips Remediation
In summer 2024, Philips launched a new direct-to-patient remediation service designed to enhance efficiency and offer direct support to patients. Consequently, MonsterCPAP will no longer provide remediation services for Philips CPAP and APAP machines.
For those who received an invite for remediation from us and made an online selection, your choice has been canceled accordingly. All clients with affected CPAP or APAP machine and require remediation, we kindly ask you to contact Philips Respironics directly at (1-888-842-1991). Their dedicated team will provide the necessary assistance for your affected devices. We appreciate your understanding.
