What is your return policy?
MonsterCPAP will gladly accept returns on most* unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. Items being returned must be in new sellable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will apply for all returned items. Opened products, products deemed opened, or deemed used cannot be returned. A CPAP, BiPAP or APAP machine is used if there are hours of use on the machine. Some items are final sale. *See final sale items here.*
Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. Shipping fees resulting from sending the product to the customer when it was purchased will also be deducted from the amount refunded.
NOTE: Prior to returning a product to MonsterCPAP, please contact our office to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. At that time, you will be provided instructions as to the how to proceed with the return. Please call or email us to initiate a return.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original ship date if the item is unopened. Shipping fee for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees associated to reship the exchanged items will also be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchanged item is over $100. Any product that has been opened or used cannot be exchanged. A CPAP, BiPAP or APAP machine is used if there are hours of use on the machine.
