- When tracking shows a parcel was successfully delivered, it means the item arrived as addressed. Some addresses do not have deliveries directly to your door. Check various locations such as your community mailbox, mailroom, front desk, a safe-drop location, and around your property.
- Check with household members or neighbours who may have received or retrieved the parcel.
- Wait another day. In some instances, the scan shows delivered prematurely and the courier comes back and redelivers a few days later.

Please contact the courier with your tracking after 24 hours for follow-up. If your parcel is still not delivered properly, email us at info@monstercpap.ca (supply your order number and tracking information) to start an investigation. Action may be required by you to assist Canada Post's investigation. Upon completion of the investigation, we process to reship the parcel (if applicable).
